Before contacting us
Q. The app won't launch / crashes
A. First, force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone or iPad. As a last resort, delete the app and reinstall it from the App Store. If the problem still continues, please contact us with your device model, iOS version, and a description of what you were doing when it happened.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → ID Quick Reference → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation must be done through Apple's settings; we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf (per Apple's policy).
Q. I switched devices / restored from backup — my subscription isn't recognized
A. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase. Then open the app's Settings tab and tap Restore Purchases. This will re-fetch your subscription status from the App Store.
Q. When does the 7-day free trial start being billed?
A. Your selected plan (monthly or yearly) will begin auto-renewing 7 days after you start the free trial, billed to the payment method on file with your Apple ID. If you cancel before the trial ends (using the steps above), you will not be charged.
Q. I need a receipt / invoice
A. Receipts for App Store subscriptions are available at
https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or by searching for "Apple" in the email account linked to your Apple ID. The merchant of record is Apple Inc.
Q. I found an error in the clinical content
A. Please email us with the chapter / syndrome / drug name and a specific description of the error (and ideally a citation to the source you believe is correct). We review every report and correct issues in the next app update.
Q. I'd like to request a feature
A. We welcome feature requests. Please email us with as much detail as possible about the feature or content you'd like to see. We review every request and add what we can in subsequent updates.
About this app
- Supervision: Satoshi Kutsuna, MD — Infectious disease specialist; Professor of Infection Control.

- This app provides quick reference information for clinical use. Clinical decisions for individual patients must not rely solely on this app — always cross-check with the latest guidelines and prescribing information appropriate to your patient and clinical setting.
